The catering service is need basic inside a Military camp or Field Hospital. There are different solutions, both in container as on trailer that bring food to between 50 and 650 people per shift.
KITCHEN PLATFORM 400 PEOPLE (ELECTRICAL)
Field kitchen mounted on a platform to serve 400-500 people. This platform is composed of a 150L electric kettle with automatic drainage system, 4 electric plates, an industrial fryer and a
multifunction oven.
This type of platforms can be adapted to the client's needs, being able to remove and add cooking modules at your convenience.
This type of platforms can be equiped , in the same way, with automatic dishwashing systems, food preservation areas (freezers,
refrigerators, etc.), preparation areas with tables, shelves and accessories, maintenance areas for hot food, etc., etc.
All elements are manufactured in 316 Stainless steel, complying with the most strict standards in the sector.
FIELD KITCHEN TRAILER CCD 350 (DIESEL)
The Diesel Field Kitchen has been designed as a solution for clients running projects in remote and rural conditions.
A wide range of meals can be prepared on the diesel oven using boiling pots, pans, and baking trays, allowing the user to cook multiple meals, offering advantages when catering for different cultural diets.
The Diesel Field Kitchen is ideal for those running projects where access to electricity is non-existent or lacks reliability. Diesel is also more economical rather than making provision for access to gas cookers.
The CCD Diesel Field Kitchen is a state of the art catering system. The Diesel Field Kitchen uses multi grade diesel as the primary heat source to provide food for up to 350 people per shift et per day. Setup and positioning of the CCD takes no more than 6 minutes, making it one of the most adaptable mobile diesel field kitchens in the world.
FRIDGE/FREEZER TRAILER
The refrigerated trailers can be of different sizes and configurations.
Our standard version is of 6,5m3.
On the other hand and as well as the refrigerators in containers we can choose refrigeration camera or freezing Chamber, doing that in only 1 trailer.
It is provided with Thermometer and LED lighting system.
When the doors are open, the cooling system stops and the lighting is turned on.
FRIDGE/FREEZER CONTAINER
The refrigerated containers can be of different sizes and configurations. We have them in 10', 20'. 40' containersd and REFEER.
On the other hand, we can combine refrigeration camera with freezing Chamber, doing that in one container, there are 2 completely separate areas and offering maximum performances.
The double chamber use only a single cooling equipment.
